Lisa leads the EngageComms team with 25 years’ experience in the fields of communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations and media.

She has worked with many stakeholders on a range of public infrastructure projects including new water and wastewater services, major hospital redevelopments and high profile urban renewal projects. She has worked with engineering and construction firms, government agencies and a range of community interest groups.

Lisa has also worked in all three levels of Government – local, state and federal. She has advised politicians on media relations, facilitated workshops and discussion groups, and managed communications and marketing teams to deliver effective promotional programs.


Lyndal is a highly experienced community engagement professional who has worked in state and local governments as well as not-for-profit organisations and private enterprises.

She has worked extensively with RMS to deliver communications and engagement for several key infrastructure projects including road and motorway upgrades, bridge openings, and road safety campaigns. She has also worked for several Western Sydney Councils and delivered community engagement for the Blue Mountains Bushfire Recovery Team.

Lyndal is a creative thinker and great collaborator who can draw on her broad knowledge and experience for any project.


Naomi has extensive experience as a communications and engagement professional who has worked in state and local governments as well as with construction companies, the energy sector and financial services firms.

Over 20 years she has led a wide range of public impact programs and worked with a diverse cross-section of stakeholders. She has delivered communications and engagement strategies for major road upgrades and new rail services. She has also advised senior managers within a major international energy company.

Naomi is a clear communicator and great project manager who works well with all parties to deliver positive stakeholder outcomes.


Emma is an experienced engagement professional who has worked on high profile projects in the government sector including urban redevelopments and major transport infrastructure. She therefore understands government requirements as well as stakeholder and community needs.

She has worked directly with government agencies, local councils, active community groups, business operators and individual residents. Some of her previous projects include the Central to Eveleigh Urban Transformation Strategy and the Bays Urban Redevelopment Strategy. 

Emma is a practical all-rounder who has an excellent interpersonal approach, strong issues management skills and great project management experience.


Scott is an experienced communications and engagement professional who has worked in the government sector on a range of transport infrastructure projects and other community impact programs. He has an indepth understanding of government processes and an excellent approach to community relations.

He has worked with engagement teams on the Sydney Metro North West, NorthConnex and Epping to Thornleigh Third Track projects. He has also liaised extensively with community groups, local residents, business operators, government agencies, Ministerial offices and others.  

As a former political adviser, Scott has excellent issues management and media liaison skills. He is also experienced at producing a range of printed and online collateral.  



Janelle is a highly-skilled communications professional who has more than 15 years’ experience working in state and local governments and the private sector, with a primary focus on the Hunter region and surrounding areas. 

Her work with Hunter New England Health and the Department of Primary Industries involved extensive communications and engagement on critical public impact issues. Her strong media liaison skills, good political awareness and sound issues management were integral to the success of her targeted campaigns.

Janelle is also skilled in the use of digital communications and engagement tools and understands how best to use them for the benefit of her clients.
